But the guide was impatient and gave a regular speech with rules just to dismiss us and move on to the next customer, did not explain half of the things that are not trivial at all to a person who comes for the first time. Some things did not work properly due to lack of maintenance and probably a lot of use. And even though we made it through all the rooms, the experience was unpleasant, frustrating (because you have no one to ask once you're inside), and a feeling of confusion as to whether you're even doing the right thing and where you stand.
